Box windows
Box windows are the history of construction. They have been made by carpenters and joiners for hundreds of years. Our ancestors placed them in manors, as well as city tenements and grange houses. Even today, conservation recommendations often require their use in the reconstruction of historic buildings.
Even in the present day, conservation orders often require this type of window to be used in reconstruction of historic objects. We have, on our offer, box windows which are an individual mixture of traditional construction with the parameters of modern windows.
Such a solution allows to retain the original dimensions of the old joinery elements, and to recreate historic decorations. In this way, we are able to ensure comfort of use, provided by modern hinges, locks and fittings, while retaining the historic character of windows and elevations and fulfilling the requirements of heat insulation.
